The over-center cam/spring design holds the folder securely closed. When either of the dual thumb studs is rotated outward approximately 30 degrees, the Tailwind™ spring instantly rotates the blade to a full open and locked position. The locking mechanism is a linerlock. The ergonomic Teflon® bushings at the blade pivot help make the action smooth and extremely fast. 3" 440 stainless steel blade. 7 5/8" overall. Pocket clip.
